We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for uneven terrain, layered clothing (the Azorean climate can change throughout the day), sunscreen, water, and a form of identification. For full-day tours, we also suggest bringing a light meal or snack.

Yes, our tours welcome children from 6 years of age. We recommend that parents assess the physical activity level of each tour before booking, taking into account the abilities of younger participants.

The safety of our guests is our absolute priority. Should adverse weather conditions prevent the safe execution of the tour, our team will contact you on the morning of the tour to arrange rescheduling at no additional cost.

The exact meeting point is communicated by email upon booking confirmation. As a general rule, tours depart from an easily accessible location in Ponta Delgada. If you are staying outside this area, please contact us to explore collection options.

Payment is made in person on the day of the tour. We accept cash and bank transfer. No advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
